Falcons DE Samson Ebukam returns to practice

The Atlanta franchise resumed preparations Thursday for an upcoming Monday night matchup against the Saints. Defensive lineman Samson Ebukam participated on a limited basis, marking his initial on-field activity since sustaining a hamstring strain during a Week 2 defeat against the Panthers.

Linebacker Divine Deablo also worked with restrictions due to a hamstring issue during the Thursday session, while defensive end Za'Darius Smith was given a day of rest. Atlanta is currently navigating a stretch of three straight primetime appearances, having previously defeated the Packers on Thursday Night Football before a scheduled Week 5 contest versus the Ravens on Sunday Night Football.
