Crafted by Lagati Padel Jewels, the bespoke jewelry features forty-eight diamonds shaping the Duomo di Milano, complemented by rubies and emeralds that reflect the Italian flag, alongside a built-in paddle-shaped adjustment mechanism.

Studio owner Angela Lagati noted that the project merges decades of fine jewelry expertise with elite athletic competition to create a lasting symbol of victory. Alongside this prize innovation, the Milan event showcased tech-driven fan engagement such as three-hundred-sixty-degree virtual seat selection.
