Cowboys news: Dak Prescott says team will be ready for quick turnaround

Following a punishing stretch of three games across an eleven-day span that included a cross-continental return trip from South America, Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott has assured supporters that his squad will be fully energized for their upcoming Thursday matchup against Tampa Bay. The demanding schedule follows a road victory against Houston and a subsequent away defeat to Baltimore.

In off-field developments during the team's latest victory, director of security Cable Johnson notified player Shemar James at halftime that his spouse was in labor. James ultimately made it to the delivery room efficiently by riding back on the private aircraft belonging to team owner Jerry Jones.
