Colorado football: Deion Sanders is simply delusional about Buffaloes after loss to Baylor

Following a 23-13 defeat against Baylor, Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders made the controversial choice to bench quarterback Julian Lewis in an attempt to jumpstart a sluggish offense. During postgame media sessions with reporters including Scott Procter, Sanders offered a surprising assessment of the contest, claiming that his squad remained superior to their opponents despite the scoreboard indicating otherwise.

This remark drew immediate backlash from analysts who pointed out that Baylor thoroughly controlled the line of scrimmage.
