Chicago Sky guard-forward DiJonai Carrington expressed her dislike for the overhead camera angle used during the WNBA Finals, stating on Threads that the perspective causes her headaches and leaves her feeling disoriented. This comes as she watches the series between the Golden State Valkyries and the Atlanta Dream, who currently hold a 2-1 lead after a 97-71 victory in Game 3.
Carrington's own season was hampered by a foot injury sustained during the 2025 playoffs with the Minnesota Lynx, which required surgery and delayed her Chicago debut until July 30. She appeared in 11 games for the Sky, averaging 3.1 rebounds and 8.8 points in 16.2 minutes per game, before the team finished 11th in the league with a 16-28 record.
Her one-year, $650,000 contract has expired, making her an unrestricted free agent.
