Carrick drops Fernandes only to see Man Utd humbled by Bournemouth

Manager Michael Carrick left Bruno Fernandes out of the starting lineup as Manchester United suffered a heavy 3-0 defeat against Bournemouth at Old Trafford. This result extends their winless streak to eight matches across all competitions, leaving the team sitting 16th in the Premier League table just one point above the relegation zone.

First-half goals from Rayan and Marcus Tavernier put the visitors in control before Evanilson added a third after the interval. The performance drew hostile chants from the home supporters directed toward the players and coaching staff.
