Can Lakers' unquestioned star Luka Dončić step up to be face of NBA?

Luka Dončić is stepping into his third year with the Los Angeles Lakers as their primary leader following the departure of LeBron James to the Philadelphia 76ers. The franchise has adjusted its supporting cast accordingly, securing Austin Reaves on a massive new deal and bringing in Walker Kessler to fortify the rotation around their cornerstone star.
