Can Jeremiah Smith Have Another Monster Performance Against Iowa?

Star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith is approaching major career milestones in his third season with Ohio State, needing only two more touchdowns and ten more receptions to break all-time school records. The junior playmaker opened his campaign with 617 yards and seven scores across four games, adding to his impressive Heisman resume following a recent victory over Illinois.

Next up for the Buckeyes is a challenging road test against an undefeated and fourteenth-ranked Iowa squad boasting two shutouts and a narrow win over Michigan. Hawkeyes head coach Kirk Ferentz will need to devise a special defensive plan to slow down Smith, especially since the standout pass-catcher has already posted multiple games exceeding one hundred yards this season.
