The Tampa Bay Buccaneers welcomed back wide receiver Chris Godwin and linebacker Yaya Diaby during Thursday's practice session. Godwin logged a full workload despite managing an ankle issue, improving his outlook for the upcoming matchup against the Green Bay Packers.
Diaby returned to the field as a limited participant while dealing with calf and shoulder concerns. Meanwhile, several other players sat out entirely, including quarterback Baker Mayfield with a right thumb issue, linebacker Reuben Bain due to groin and shoulder troubles, linebacker SirVocea Dennis with a calf complaint, tight end Ko Kieft because of an elbow injury, and cornerback Jacob Parrish due to personal reasons.
Additional limited participants on the injury report featured running back Bucky Irving with a glute problem, cornerback Benjamin Morrison with a quad issue, defensive lineman Rakeem Nunez-Roches handling ankle and foot ailments, defensive lineman A'Shawn Robinson taking a rest day, and defensive back Keionte Scott with a toe injury. In a positive shift, linebacker Josiah Trotter upgraded from limited involvement to a full participant.
