Bristol start with steely victory at Sale

Bristol launched their Premiership campaign with a bonus-point victory away from home, overcoming Sale Sharks by a score of thirty-four to twenty-four. Louis Rees-Zammit and Harry Randall each crossed the line twice, while Tomas Gwilliam secured the result late in the match with a try in the seventy-third minute.

Sale responded through scores from Luke Cowan-Dickie and a double by Tom O'Flaherty alongside points from George Ford, but the home side fell short of any bonus points.
