Big Ten Week 9 power rankings: New No. 1 after USC upset Ohio State

Week 9 in the Big Ten delivered a massive shakeup at the top of the conference power rankings following a stunning upset. The USC Trojans secured the biggest victory of the slate by defeating the second-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes 30-18, vaulting themselves into the newly claimed number one position.

Meanwhile, the Iowa Hawkeyes dominated the twenty-fifth-ranked Wisconsin Badgers in a decisive 30-0 shutout, and the Oregon Ducks notched a notable ranked win by handling the twentieth-ranked Northwestern Wildcats.
