Austin Smotherman holds one-shot lead in Utah and goes after his first PGA Tour title

Austin Smotherman leads the Utah Championship by a single stroke after shooting a 6-under 65 on Saturday, putting him in position for his maiden PGA Tour win during his 100th career appearance. Doug Ghim sits one shot back following a strong round that included a birdie on the final hole, keeping him in pursuit of his first tour victory as well.

Several other competitors moved up the leaderboard, including Johnny Keefer with a 62, while Kevin Streelman dropped back after a costly triple bogey.
