A'ja Wilson Faces $500 Fine for Technical Foul During Playoff Loss to Fever

The Las Vegas Aces missed an opportunity to secure a series sweep against the Indiana Fever after dropping a 99-89 decision on Tuesday. Caitlin Clark paced the victorious hosts with 27 points and 15 assists, while A'ja Wilson contributed 22 points for the defending champions during the matchup.

Late in the contest, Wilson received a technical foul following an altercation with a courtside spectator that required her teammates to intervene. The league mandates an automatic five-hundred-dollar penalty for such technical fouls, leaving the star center facing disciplinary action as the series returns to Nevada.
