49ers work out multiple players, including Jerry Rice’s son and former UCLA quarterback

The San Francisco franchise evaluated nine players during a recent session, filling a roster vacancy created by the release of Vincent Anthony Jr. The tryout group included several wide receivers such as Brenden Rice, Dante Pettis, Brady Body, Quentin Skinner, and Malik Turner, along with former collegiate quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson and defensive backs Cobee Bryant, Corey Ballentine, and Sam Webb.

Pettis successfully secured a contract following the workout.
