4 NBA teams reveal Classic Edition uniforms honoring the ABA for 2026-27 season

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the ABA-NBA merger, four original franchises are debuting special throwback uniforms for the 2026-27 season. The Brooklyn Nets, Denver Nuggets, Indiana Pacers, and San Antonio Spurs will wear these vintage-inspired kits during select games to honor their historical roots.

The Brooklyn Nets will feature a red, white, and blue design for 16 games, while the Denver Nuggets are reviving an orange and black color scheme from their early years for seven contests. The Indiana Pacers are sporting a classic blue and yellow look for 15 games, and the San Antonio Spurs are bringing back a gray aesthetic reminiscent of the George Gervin era for five home appearances.
