2 Texas A&M defenders named to Lombardi Midseason Award Watch List

Despite a difficult 3-3 start to the season, Texas A&M defensive standouts Anto Saka and DJ Hicks have earned spots on the Lombardi Award midseason watch list. The recognition follows a defensive shift under coordinator Lyle Hemphill, with Saka and Hicks earning respective defensive grades of 74.3 and 68.7 from Pro Football Focus.

While the team struggled in a recent 27-6 defeat to Missouri, these two players have been recognized for their individual contributions on the field.
