‘What We Doing?’ — Tracy McGrady Rips NBA For Mishandling Angel Reese, Dream’s WNBA Finals Venue Crisis After Valkyries Take Pivotal Game 5

The Golden State Valkyries moved within one victory of a championship after defeating the Atlanta Dream 64-55 at the Chase Center. This result gives the Valkyries a 3-2 advantage in the series, with the next matchup scheduled for Thursday in Atlanta.

The league faced significant logistical challenges securing a time and location for the game due to scheduling conflicts with the Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena. Ultimately, the WNBA Finals contest was set for a 12:30 p.m.

ET start to accommodate the Hawks hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers later that evening. Hall of Famer Tracy McGrady criticized the decision, arguing that a championship-level basketball game should occupy a prime-time television slot rather than a daytime window.
