"We should not be waiting" - When WNBA stars were denied entry at a club despite saying they're with Angel Reese
Follow
During the 2025 WNBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, Minnesota Lynx players Courtney Williams and Natisha Hiedeman were denied entry to a local nightclub. Despite attempting to gain access by mentioning they were with Angel Reese, the group was turned away by security staff who did not recognize the athletes.
Frustrated by the rejection, Williams criticized the situation and led the group to attend the Sports Illustrated party instead. At that event, the players interacted with DJ Diplo and requested a change in the music selection.
