‘We didn't get gold on a platter’: Samson on India’s hard-fought win over Pakistan

Sanju Samson recently reflected upon a hard-fought championship match against Pakistan during the Asian Games. He noted that the squad had to earn the top medal through immense effort rather than receiving an easy triumph.

India ultimately triumphed by a nineteen-run margin after posting a total of 211 runs while limiting their opponents to 192. Samson specifically credited the veteran members of the roster for stepping up during weather delays and successfully utilizing their experience to secure the trophy.
