Former fast bowler Sohail Khan has launched a fierce critique against his former national team coach, describing the administrator in harsh terms regarding his mental state and leadership. Speaking during an online broadcast, the retired athlete alleged that the previous management lacked genuine tactical understanding and allowed external pressures to dictate team selections.

He claimed that the coach offered contradictory explanations for leaving him out, initially citing a preference for younger talent after previously emphasizing the longevity of experienced competitors.
