Captain Shreyas Iyer lauded his batting lineup for their clinical approach, specifically highlighting the rapid 93-run opening partnership between Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma that provided the necessary momentum.

Samson earned Player of the Match honors for his 67-run contribution from 33 deliveries. Naman Dhir also played a pivotal role in the win, finishing the contest with an unbeaten 42 off 15 balls after contributing with the ball earlier in the game.
