'Just want to win matches for team': Abhishek Sharma responds to Yuvraj Singh's 'No 12-ball 50' jibe

Abhishek Sharma responded to mentor Yuvraj Singh's lighthearted remarks following a stellar century that guided the India National Cricket Team to victory against New Zealand in the third fixture of their ongoing five-match T20I series. Abhishek launched a blistering knock of 113 runs from just 38 deliveries, reaching his fifty in 15 balls, which prompted Yuvraj to playfully question on social media why his student still has not matched his legendary 12-ball half-century feat.

Addressing the playful banter after the match, Abhishek noted that achieving a 12-ball fifty is an immense challenge for any player globally and emphasized that securing team victories remains his ultimate priority.
