John Harbaugh explains Odell Beckham Jr. release: 'It just wasn't working for us'

The New York franchise has made the surprising decision to part ways with veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. following a brief and unproductive reunion.

During his three-game stint back with the team, the seasoned pass-catcher logged just twenty offensive snaps and failed to secure a single reception. Head coach John Harbaugh addressed the departure after his squad's narrow twelve to seven triumph over the Tennessee Titans, admitting that the partnership simply failed to click.

Although supporters inside the stadium chanted for the former star during the contest, management ultimately decided to clear the roster spot because they required greater production from the position.
