'It's always about India here' - Ishan Kishan ahead of Asian Games gold medal clash with Pakistan

Ishan Kishan emphasized the unique emotional intensity of representing the country during a recent press conference as his squad prepares for a championship showdown against Pakistan at the Asian Games. The upcoming fixture marks the first time both nations will battle for the tournament's top prize in cricket.

India secured their spot in the final following a commanding semifinal victory over Sri Lanka, where they bowled out their opponents for 45 runs in under ten overs to win by 124 runs. Kishan anchored the innings with an unbeaten knock of 80 runs from 46 deliveries, supported by multi-wicket bowling efforts from Jasprit Bumrah, Axar Patel, and Abhishek Sharma.

Meanwhile, Pakistan advanced to the title match after defeating Bangladesh by six wickets in a rain-reduced contest.
