Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet is back at practice after missing eight months due to a torn ACL sustained in the 2026 Divisional Round. The franchise has opened a 21-day window to evaluate the veteran runner following his stint on the physically unable to perform list.
Although he must sit out a minimum of four games, he could potentially rejoin the lineup in Week 5 against the San Francisco 49ers, or take the full three weeks to ramp up for matchups against the Denver Broncos or Kansas City Chiefs. Last season, Charbonnet shared duties with Kenneth Walker III, racking up 730 yards on the ground and 12 scores across 16 appearances.
Once fully cleared, he is expected to resume heavy short-yardage and goal-line responsibilities, sharing the backfield with rookie Jadarian Price, Emanuel Wilson, and George Holani.
