Yankees muster just one hit against Drew Rasmussen, Rays in ALDS Game 1 loss

Drew Rasmussen carried a no-hitter into the eighth inning for Tampa Bay, leading his squad to a 1-0 victory over New York in the opening contest of the Division Series. Jonathan Aranda supplied the lone run of the evening via a solo home run against starting pitcher Gerrit Cole, who delivered five solid frames for the losing side.

Austin Wells eventually broke up the no-hit bid with two outs in the eighth, though he was promptly thrown out trying to stretch the single into extra bases.
