WPL 2027: Mumbai Indians signs USA pacer Tara Norris in first-ever trade

Mumbai Indians have completed their inaugural trade in the Women's Premier League by acquiring American fast bowler Tara Norris for the upcoming 2027 campaign. Norris moves to the two-time title holders from the UP Warriorz roster, maintaining her previous salary of 10 Lakhs.

Norris previously gained recognition as the first cricketer from an Associate nation to be selected in the league's initial auction. During her time with the Delhi Capitals in the tournament's debut season, she achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first individual to claim five wickets in a single match.
