Wolves and West Brom warn fans over behaviour after trouble at last derby

Ahead of Sunday's 12:00 BST Championship encounter, Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Bromwich Albion have collaborated with regional police forces, municipal councils, and the Safety Advisory Group to establish comprehensive security protocols. The rival sides cautioned that anyone committing violent acts, hurling objects, lighting flares, making discriminatory remarks, encroaching onto the pitch or surrounding perimeter, or breaking stadium rules faces potential arrest, legal charges, stadium exclusion orders, and enduring club bans.

Attendees must possess legitimately obtained tickets and remain strictly within their allocated home or away sections, as anyone caught outside their designated zone will be denied admission, removed from the ground, or disciplined further.

Supporters are advised to turn up well ahead of kickoff to facilitate security screenings and turnstile entry, while adhering to directives issued by policing personnel and stewards. Both outfits urged spectators to quickly flag any dangerous, abusive, or disorderly conduct they observe during the event.

Despite issuing these strict warnings, club representatives expressed confidence that most attendees will back their respective sides passionately and respectfully throughout the derby.
