Winless Titans fire three execs in front office shake-up

The Tennessee Titans have made sweeping changes in their front office, parting ways with three vice presidents—Adam Nuse, Erin Swartz, and Charles Jensen—amid a franchise struggling through its fourth consecutive losing season. The team enters Sunday’s home matchup against the winless Houston Texans with a 0-4 record, compounding concerns over quarterback Cam Ward’s inconsistent play (3-18 as a starter, 18 TDs and nine interceptions) and the coaching staff’s inability to spark an offense averaging just 13.8 points per game under first-year head coach Robert Saleh and offensive coordinator Brian Daboll.

Meanwhile, Adolpho Birch is transitioning from his legal leadership role to a senior advisor position, marking another shift in an organization that has cycled through four coaches since 2023, including Saleh’s predecessor Brian Callahan, who lasted just 23 games before being fired mid-season.
