[WATCH] Shreyas Iyer recognises fan after nearly a decade in heartwarming viral clip

An archival clip from the Mumbai T20 League has recently gained widespread attention online, featuring a memorable interaction between Shreyas Iyer and a supporter. In the footage, the cricketer initially struggled to identify an individual presenting an old picture from roughly ten years prior, before playfully noting how much facial hair had changed his appearance since the 2015 snapshot.

This resurfaced moment drew positive reactions as the Indian team prepared for their second T20I encounter against the West Indies at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi, where Iyer was leading the squad holding a one-nil series advantage.
