Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni admitted he felt regret after losing his temper over a controversial sideline hit on quarterback Jalen Hurts. The incident took place during the second quarter of a Monday night matchup against the Chicago Bears, resulting in a 27-7 defeat for Philadelphia.
Hurts took a hard shove from linebacker D'Marco Jackson while near the boundary, which forced the signal-caller out of action to undergo concussion evaluations. Following the final whistle, Sirianni acknowledged to reporters that his sideline outburst stemmed from letting his emotions overtake his judgment.
