This upward shift occurred after the Auburn transfer secured the primary job for the Seminoles, who currently hold a 2-2 record. Within the Atlantic Coast Conference specifically, Daniels occupies the eighth position.
Throughout four appearances, Daniels accumulated 928 passing yards by completing 58 of his 97 attempts, producing six touchdowns alongside five interceptions. He additionally contributed 142 rushing yards and four scores on the ground.
His most productive passing display occurred during a 50-36 defeat against Alabama, where he recorded 377 passing yards and two aerial touchdowns while also running for two scores, though he committed three interceptions. He rebounded with a cleaner outing during a 34-7 triumph over Central Arkansas, converting 12 of 18 passes for 224 yards, two touchdowns, and one pick.
