What Kirby Smart said about 5-star Georgia QB decommit

Ahead of the upcoming clash on October 3, Georgia head coach Kirby Smart shared his assessment of Vanderbilt quarterback Jared Curtis, praising the former commit's elite physical traits and arm strength. Curtis previously flipped his commitment and signed with Vanderbilt, earning a substantial name, image, and likeness valuation and even appearing on screen alongside Nate Bargatze in Nashville.

After sharing starting duties early in the season, Curtis took over full-time against NC State, guiding his squad to a narrow victory before facing a tougher outing versus Auburn. The freshman signal-caller now faces his toughest challenge yet against a formidable Georgia defense fresh off a strong performance against Oklahoma.
