What A 24-Team College Football Playoff Bracket Would Look Like In 2026

A recent projection explores how a 24-team College Football Playoff bracket might function by the 2026 season. The hypothetical field includes automatic bids for conference champions like Miami, Ohio State, Georgia, BYU, and James Madison.

Concerns surround Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin, who is sidelined with an arm injury, leaving backup Luke Fahey to manage the offense. Meanwhile, Georgia suffered a setback after Gunner Stockton fumbled late in a loss to Auburn.
