Ahead of their upcoming fourth game of the season, the Cleveland franchise released its mid-week medical status updates following Wednesday's workout session on September 30. Guard Elgton Jenkins and wide receiver Tylan Wallace missed the team workout due to concussion and knee issues, respectively, while guard Teven Jenkins was limited with a back problem; all three have been officially sidelined for the next matchup.
Meanwhile, defensive back Tyson Campbell, safety Grant Delpit, and tackle Tytus Howard managed full participation despite previous knee and shoulder concerns, leaving them completely clear of the team's final injury report.
