Indiana Fever star Aliyah Boston recently underwent a successful surgical procedure to address a lateral meniscus tear in her right knee. The injury originated during an offseason 3-on-3 basketball event in February, which forced her to miss both the Unrivaled playoffs and FIBA World Cup qualifying sessions.
Despite the lingering issue, Boston managed to play through the discomfort during the 2026 campaign, recording a career-best 16.1 points per game while helping her team reach the postseason for the third consecutive year. She is currently working with team medical staff on her rehabilitation and is expected to be fully recovered for the start of the 2027 WNBA season next May.
