Vikings sign RB Devin Neal amidst flurry of roster moves

The Minnesota Vikings have added depth to their backfield by bringing in young ball-carrier Devin Neal, following a series of adjustments to the team's active roster and practice squad. Alongside this acquisition, the front office promoted Max Brosmer, welcomed Kyle Van Noy to the main roster, placed Josh Oliver on injured reserve, and released several other players.
