Utah Jazz Waive Blake Hinson, Sign Former 1st Round Pick

The Utah Jazz have officially released Blake Hinson, making room for the signing of Kobe Bufkin to a two-way deal. This move, which comes as a surprise to many, is somewhat unexpected given Hinson's recent performance, particularly his 46.8% success rate from three-point range.

Kobe Bufkin, a former 15th overall pick in 2023, has appeared in 43 games across three seasons, appearing in limited capacity. He currently maintains career averages of 4.2 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game.
