Top 3 batters to watch out for in Asian Games 2026 Final

An epic gold medal showdown awaits at the twentieth continental games as arch-rivals India and Pakistan prepare to lock horns in the men's T20 cricket decider on October 3, 2026. This marks the historic maiden instance of both nations meeting for the championship title in this multisport event, with the defending Indian squad facing a Pakistani side seeking their inaugural crown.

Ahead of the 10:00 AM IST start, attention turns to three marquee opening batters who could define the outcome. India features teenage left-hander Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who boasts 231 runs across seven T20 internationals at a blistering 187.81 strike rate alongside his recent 38-run knock against Sri Lanka, as well as veteran wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan, fresh off an unbeaten 80-run masterclass in the semi-finals.

Meanwhile, Pakistan replies with their skipper Sahibzada Farhan, eager to rebound after a quiet outing against Bangladesh while carrying a career tally of 1,306 runs in the format.
