Titleist begins 2027 Pro V1 tour seeding at Baycurrent Classic

Titleist has officially launched the seeding and validation process for its upcoming 2027 Pro V1 and Pro V1x equipment line at the Yokohama Country Club, following prior USGA conforming list entries and months of testing by tour professionals since the spring. Several players have already transitioned to the new prototypes in competition, including Neal Shipley who secured a career-best third-place finish and a round of 62 after making the switch in Asheville, alongside early adopters Robert MacIntyre and Doug Ghim.
