Leicester head coach Tom Parling has outlined plans to develop his squad's tactical approach rather than implement a total overhaul ahead of the upcoming campaign. The club has reached the semi-final stage of the Premiership in four out of the past five seasons under various managers, including Steve Borthwick and Michael Cheika, whose tenure ended following a defeat to Bath in the most recent title match.

Parling, who previously worked as an assistant coach for the Australian national team, secured 12 victories across 18 league fixtures during his debut season in charge of the club where he formerly won two league titles as a player. He explained that the priority is to refine existing methods by consulting peers globally for minor strategic additions instead of starting over completely.
