Texas AD calls out football viral celebrations 'embarrassing'

Texas athletic leader Chris Del Conte expressed strong disapproval following inappropriate gestures by members of the football squad during a narrow twenty to seventeen away victory against Tennessee. Defensive lineman Colin Simmons received a penalty for a crude motion following a quarterback sack, while running back Raleek Brown performed an unsanctioned social media-inspired dance after scoring a touchdown.

Head coach Steve Sarkisian discussed disciplinary measures with the squad, and both Del Conte and Simmons issued public apologies for the unsportsmanlike conduct. The team currently holds an idle week before preparing for the upcoming Red River Rivalry fixture against Oklahoma.
