Texas A&M’s offensive line suffered another setback as starting left tackle Blake Ivy was sidelined with a season-ending injury sustained in practice. Ivy, who had started the Aggies’ first three games this season, was expected to play against Missouri but was already listed on the SEC injury report before the 27-6 loss in Columbia.
The injury adds to a growing list of key contributors out for the season, including wide receivers Terry Bussey and Madden Williams, running back Tiger Riden Jr., and defensive lineman Chace Sims. Ivy, a four-star recruit in the 2024 class, had played in three games as a true freshman and 10 last season before being replaced by Trovon Baugh at left guard in the loss to LSU.
The Aggies will host The Citadel next Saturday at Kyle Field, but the injury further thins their roster as they look to salvage what remains of their campaign.
