Texans rule out Azeez Al-Shaair, list Jadeveon Clowney as questionable

Ahead of the upcoming weekend fixture against the Cowboys, the Texans have confirmed that linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair will be absent due to a groin issue sustained during their previous defeat to the Colts. Joining him on the unavailable list is safety MJ Stewart, who is dealing with a knee problem.

Meanwhile, pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney carries a questionable designation for the matchup against his former club because of a knee ailment that kept him out of action in Week 3, following a practice week that featured limited sessions early on and no participation on Friday.

Additional roster uncertainty surrounds defensive end Logan Hall, linebacker Jake Hansen, and offensive guard Ed Ingram, all of whom are currently listed as questionable with their respective injuries. On a positive note for the squad, wide receiver Nico Collins carries no injury status and is set for a comeback following a full practice session on Friday.
