Pittsburgh defensive back Jalen Ramsey is currently managing a wrist issue ahead of the upcoming Week 4 contest against the Browns, according to comments made by head coach Mike McCarthy during his media session on September 28. It remains uncertain whether the veteran defender will be ready to take the field for the Thursday night game at Huntington Bank Field on October 1.
During the previous week's win over Cincinnati, Ramsey contributed eight tackles, which included one stop behind the line of scrimmage. Meanwhile, the defensive unit as a whole surrendered 282 passing yards and three scoring throws to opposing quarterback Joe Burrow.
Pittsburgh has already been playing without cornerback Joey Porter Jr. since the start of training camp due to a back problem, alongside ongoing contract negotiations.
Ramsey joined the organization via trade from Miami last summer and is currently participating in his second campaign with the franchise.
