Seattle running back Jadarian Price has been shut down for a minimum of four weeks after the franchise moved him to the injured list due to a chest problem. The rookie ball-carrier initially hurt his chest during the second week of action before aggravating the issue during a mid-week workout, prompting the transaction ahead of Sunday's matchup.
Price opened each of the first three contests for the squad, totaling twenty-eight rushing attempts for one-hundred nineteen yards alongside a pair of lost fumbles while sharing backfield duties with Emanuel Wilson and George Holani.
To help offset the backfield absence, the organization promoted Velus Jones Jr. from the practice squad on Saturday, while also opening the practice window for Zach Charbonnet as his return approaches.
Additionally, the team brought up cornerback Trevon Diggs and safety Maxen Hook from the practice unit ahead of Sunday's contest.
