England winger Tom Roebuck has committed his future to Sale Sharks by signing a contract extension that keeps him at the club through the 2028-29 season. A product of the academy, the 25-year-old has accumulated 114 appearances and 54 tries since his 2018 debut, though he is currently sidelined with a calf injury that kept him out of the opening three matches of the 2026-27 campaign.
Director of rugby Alex Sanderson praised the 12-cap international as a vital component of the team's tactical identity. Roebuck, who earned his first senior England cap against Japan in 2024, expressed his desire to help the squad secure a major trophy after several near-misses in recent semi-final and final appearances.
