Saints QB Tyler Shough playing through broken bones in non-throwing hand, per report

New Orleans quarterback Tyler Shough has been competing despite sustaining fractures to two fingers on his left hand during a matchup against Atlanta earlier this month. Although the injury requires a lengthy recovery period, the rookie signal-caller has remained active throughout the team's difficult 1-4 campaign, ranking second in the league with 205 pass attempts and throwing for 1,299 yards.

Following a recent loss, owner Gayle Benson publicly addressed the organization's poor performance, labeling the current results unacceptable and promising necessary changes to improve the team's execution.
