
Alexei Pergande, a standout prospect in the Professional Fighters League, will face his most challenging test yet when he steps into the cage against Akhmed Magomedov on November 14 at PFL Dubai. The 25-year-old Pergande, who has remained undefeated with an 8-0 record, will look to solidify his status as a contender in the lightweight division.
His last victory came in March, when he secured a unanimous decision over Julio Arce, a performance that has since gone viral and boosted his social media following to over 387,000 on Instagram and 822,000 on TikTok. Pergande, a consistent performer under the PFL banner since the start of his professional career, will now aim to prove his readiness for the next level against Magomedov, who returns after a nearly two-year layoff following a July 2025 loss to A.J.
McKee. The 30-year-old Magomedov, a member of Team Khabib Nurmagomedov, has a record of 11-2 and previously competed in BRAVE CF and Bellator before joining the PFL in late 2023.
The bout will take place at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai and will air on ESPN2, marking a significant moment for both fighters as they seek to advance their careers in the competitive world of MMA.
