Report: Mason Graham to miss "a few weeks" with MCL sprain, ankle sprain

Cleveland defensive lineman Mason Graham will be sidelined for a brief period following a Friday MRI that identified both an ankle sprain and an MCL sprain. Medical evaluations indicate the defensive tackle dodged a long-term absence, providing a boost after he recorded a team-leading 4.0 sacks through the opening three games.

Head coach Todd Monken previously commended the top draft selection earlier in the day regarding his dedication to progress. The squad now enters a preparatory window before squaring off against Baltimore on October 11, followed by a subsequent home contest against the Ravens and a road trip to face Tennessee.
